Terms of Service | Ready Wash'd

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ready Wash'd (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Ready Wash'd is a lead marketplace that connects homeowners seeking pressure washing and power washing services (“Customers”) with independent contractors (“Contractors”). We do not perform pressure washing services ourselves and are not a party to any service agreement between Customers and Contractors.

3. Customer Terms

3.1 Lead Submission

By submitting a quote request, you represent that you are the property owner or have authority to authorize services on the property. You agree to provide accurate information about your service needs.

3.2 No Guarantee of Service

Ready Wash'd does not guarantee that you will receive a quote or that any Contractor will accept your project. We facilitate connections but do not guarantee outcomes.

3.3 Contractor Relationships

Contractors on the Platform are independent businesses. Ready Wash'd is not responsible for the quality, safety, or completion of services performed by Contractors. Any contract for services is between you and the Contractor directly.

4. Contractor Terms

4.1 Eligibility

To register as a Contractor, you must be a legitimate business entity, carry applicable liability insurance, and comply with all applicable state and local licensing requirements for your jurisdiction.

4.2 Lead Purchases

Lead purchases are final. By purchasing a lead, you agree that the purchase price is non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy. Each lead is sold to a maximum of three (3) contractors.

4.3 Conduct Standards

Contractors must respond to purchased leads within 24 hours. Failure to respond may result in account suspension. Contractors may not use customer information obtained through leads for any purpose other than providing the requested pressure washing services.

4.4 Account Approval

Ready Wash'd reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend any contractor account at our sole discretion.

5. Payment Terms

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Ready Wash'd does not store credit card information on our servers.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform to submit false or fraudulent leads, harvest customer data for marketing purposes unrelated to the requested service, circumvent our lead purchase system, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.

7. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. READY WASH'D DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, READY WASH'D SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
