Refund Policy

General Policy: No Refunds on Lead Purchases

All lead purchases on Ready Wash'd are final and non-refundable. When you purchase a lead, you receive immediate access to the customer's contact information. Because this information is delivered at the time of purchase, we are unable to “take back” a lead and therefore do not offer refunds on that basis.

This policy is consistent with industry standards for lead generation marketplaces and is disclosed at the point of purchase.

Exceptions: Fraudulent Leads

We may issue a refund or credit at our discretion if a lead is determined to be fraudulent. A fraudulent lead is defined as:

• A lead with demonstrably false contact information (fake name, disconnected phone, invalid email)
• A duplicate lead for the same customer and property submitted within 30 days
• A lead submitted with clear malicious intent (e.g., a competitor submitting fake leads)

To request a refund on this basis, you must submit a dispute within 48 hours of purchasing the lead to disputes@readywashd.com, including:

• Your account email
• The lead ID
• Description of why you believe the lead is fraudulent
• Evidence (e.g., screenshot of disconnected number, bounced email)

What Does Not Qualify for a Refund

• Customer did not respond to your outreach (this is normal in lead generation)
• Customer chose a different contractor
• Lead is outside your preferred service area (verify ZIP codes in your profile before purchasing)
• You no longer want the lead after purchase
• Lead was purchased more than 48 hours ago

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We may also offer account credits at our discretion as an alternative to cash refunds.

Free Leads

Complimentary free leads provided to new contractors cannot be “refunded” as no payment was made. If you experience an issue with a free lead, please contact support.
