Contractor Agreement

This Contractor Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the participation of pressure washing contractors (“Contractor”) on the Ready Wash'd platform (“Platform”). By registering as a contractor, you agree to this Agreement in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To participate on the Platform, you must:

  • Be a legitimate, legally operating pressure washing or power washing business
  • Carry general liability insurance with minimum $500,000 coverage
  • Comply with all applicable state and local licensing requirements in your operating jurisdiction
  • Have a valid business email address and contact phone number
  • Be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to operate a business

2. Lead Purchase and Response Requirements

2.1 Response Time

Upon purchasing a lead, you agree to contact the customer within 24 hours using the contact information provided. Consistent failure to respond may result in account suspension or termination.

2.2 Professional Conduct

You agree to communicate and conduct business professionally with all customers introduced through the Platform. Unprofessional conduct, harassment, or misrepresentation reported by customers may result in immediate account termination.

2.3 Accurate Service Representation

You must accurately represent your services, pricing practices, and capabilities to customers. Misrepresenting your qualifications, insurance status, or experience is grounds for immediate account termination.

3. Lead Quality and Disputes

3.1 Lead Quality Standards

Ready Wash'd uses CAPTCHA verification and manual review to minimize fraudulent leads. However, we cannot guarantee that every lead will result in a paying customer.

3.2 Dispute Process

If you believe a lead is fraudulent, you may submit a dispute within 48 hours of lead purchase to disputes@readywashd.com. We review all disputes and issue refunds at our discretion for verified fraudulent leads.

4. Data Usage Restrictions

Customer contact information provided through lead purchases may only be used for the purpose of providing the requested pressure washing services. You may not:

  • Add customers to general marketing lists without their explicit consent
  • Share or sell customer information to third parties
  • Use customer data for purposes unrelated to the requested service

5. Free Leads Program

New contractors receive three (3) complimentary leads upon approval. Free leads are subject to all the same response and conduct requirements as paid leads. Abuse of the free lead program (e.g., creating multiple accounts) will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

Ready Wash'd may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Consistent failure to respond to purchased leads
  • Customer complaints about conduct or service quality
  • Misrepresentation of credentials or insurance
  • Violation of any provision of this Agreement or the Terms of Service
  • Any fraudulent activity

7. Independent Contractor Status

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of Ready Wash'd. You are solely responsible for your business operations, taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement with notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
